Full site redevelopment is one of Ben Dyer Associates, Inc.’s specialties. Our experts worked together with Bates Trucking and Recycling to transform their 1.6 plus acre site located in Bladensburg, Maryland.

Our surveyors, land planners, and civil engineers prepares and led the project team through:

• Vacation and purchase of a public street right-of-way
• Final recorded plat
• Permits for the office building and service garage

The existing site and facilities were used as the headquarters and main operational hub for one of the area’s largest trucking, trash collection, and recycling companies. Ben Dyer Associates, Inc. worked closely with the project team to ensure their needs were met as they worked to complete the full renovations of the dilapidated +/- 5,900 square foot, one story brick and block office building and repair garage. The warehouse was also replaced with a two-story 8,000 square foot split-faced masonry block state of the art full-service truck repair facility and truck wash with offices.

The new facility was turned into a 7,750 square foot, two story split-face masonry block state of the art industrial office building with top of the line amenities and features. The site was also completely upgraded with a new parking lot, security fencing and controlled gated access, landscape, and lighting.
