Mixed Use: Hall Station Development

This 14 acre mixed use development located in Bowie, MD consists of the South Branch of the City of Bowie Library, retail shopping, and 110 residential units. Ben Dyer Associates, Inc. provided full site civil engineering services for the project, along with environmental services which included:

• Completing the forest stand delineation and natural resource inventories of the property
• Supporting the creation of a wildlife habitat, tree conservation, and a bio-retention pond design

Our team also worked with CSX Railroad, Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, and the Maryland State Highway Administration to develop road improvement and sewer access plans to address each of the entities’ design criteria.

In addition to these services Ben Dyer Associates, Inc. prepared Comprehensive Site Design, Landscape, and Grading Plans. We also performed construction stakeout, ALTA Survey, and as-built surveys on the project.
