Ben Dyer Associates, Inc. provided leading civil engineering, surveying, land planning, and landscape architecture services for this large-scale commercial project located in Capitol Heights, Maryland. The Ritchie Station Marketplace sits on approximately 150 acres of land located adjacent to the Capital Beltway (I-495).

Opened in November of 2010, the site will ultimately have one million square feet of retail area—including three car dealerships, a membership warehouse, restaurants, and numerous retail stores. Our team of experts worked closely with both the County and State agencies to develop plans that accommodated our clients’ desires and goals—while avoiding environmental impacts and providing strategic stormwater management.

In addition to providing the land planning and engineering design, Ben Dyer Associates, Inc. performed:
