Brick Sign RSMBen Dyer Associates, Inc. has provided civil engineering, surveying and land planning/landscape architectural services for this project located in Capitol Heights, Maryland. This project sits on approximately 150 acres of land located adjacent to the Capital Beltway (I-495).  Opened in November of 2010, the site will ultimately have 1 million square feet of retail area including three car dealerships, a membership warehouse, restaurants, and numerous retail stores, both in line and free standing buildings.  Our team worked closely with both the County and State agencies to develop plans that accommodated our clients’ desires and goals, while still avoiding environmental impacts and providing stormwater management that incorporated best management practices and environmental site design.

In addition to providing the land planning and engineering design, BDAI has performed all survey work related to the original boundary/topographic surveys, ALTA Surveys (as requested), infrastructure stakeout, building stakeout, and completing the as-built surveys of the water, sewer, storm drain, and stormwater facilities construction.
